The menu at The Old House Gastropub is something of a work in progress.  Chef and Owner, Rebecca Alper-Carter, initiated the name change from the former "Casa Vieja" to "The Old House" to redefine her more eclectic and varied menu.  Her original concept of daily menus, hand written on chalkboards, is taking form in offering selected entrees du jour.  "We offer the freshest and best ingredients of those that are available", says Chef Rebecca.  She is able to feature a variety of her trademark exotic meats, always having something unique to offer.    

Rarely do you find a menu as extensive as hers with the care and attention of making everything from the bread and dressings, to the delicious desserts from scratch.  Cooking the dishes to order provides the finest quality to her guests of which she has made her highest priority.
