It's no coincidence that her restaurant operates in a 300 year old hacienda. Having relocated from her native Cambridge, England she recognizes the influence a seasoned charming and historic dwelling lends to the ambience of a gathering place such as hers. You'll find this abode building truly special with it's authentic beamed viga ceilings, thick walls and kiva fireplaces (six in all!). Large tree covered patios are available for dining al fresco when the weather permits.
Rebecca has created an extensive and eclectic menu
that offers something for everyone. One can enjoy delicious fares prepared fresh from locally farmed produce, affordable regional wines, and exotic meats prepared to order. Setting herself apart from the rest , you are guaranteed to see something you wont find at other local restaurants. Try an gourmet ostrich burger or the Yak ribeye for example! But rest assured, a few pub classics can be found as well such as Fish & Chips and Bangers & Mash.
Inspired by her mother's talent in the kitchen, Rebecca developed a passion for cooking fine foods and baking decadent desserts. You won't want to miss her celebration of desserts in a monthly meeting of The Pudding Club. See tab above.
Make sure to make her acquaitance on your visit! She enthusiatically welcomes you to her Gastopub!
